AoH - Spring Ball 2014 - Sefem Sonak

Meant to fix this some time ago but didn't. The other googles were easier to draw and I just wanted something out for it. This is how they should look.
Just that the ball stretched over three seasons and was going to be heading into a fourth before exams finally started so I saw no real point in updating it when it was taking so long to end and everyone was already jumping ahead and RPing for post-exam or just holding their OC in limbo waiting. Seeing how the ball leads into the exam Sefem is just wearing the pirate costume for the exams. I'll try getting up a more detailed ref pic up for that soon. Mostly just getting a better look at his outfit from other angles so drawing him at various angles is easier.

There was so much detail for this I just never had enough time to draw it until now. My computer was also giving me grief with me hardly being able to use it for very long without crashes or freezing.
It's finished now though!

I might try do a more proper ref sheet for this outfit later if/when I have time.

Misc. Info:
The whole costume was tailored for Sefem. He got it when he went to town with Talim to see about getting a "pirate costume". Seeing how he had no idea what pirates were, let alone what they wear. This was the most comfortable compromise he and the tailor could come up with. Though Sefem's not exactly perfectly comfortable in it. The tailor had some trouble trying to dress him in more ways than one.
Sefem's hair is actually starting from two braids from the top of his head, but once you get to the neck the two braids merge into one. He knows a variety of ways to braid hair as it's traditional in his village to braid long hair to keep it out of your way. The tailor for the outfit wanted him to go with something a little less plain and insisting it would complete the costume better, because Sefem refused to wear any clothing too extravagant or elaborate.
The googles were a gift from Talim about near the start of acceptance for enrollment for use when flying. Mostly for bad weather, if flying for long periods of time, or if flying at high altitudes. Because of flying to the island instead of taking the airship Sefem's using the googles instead of his usual sunglasses.
His tooth pendant is actually something he's always been wearing. You just don't normally see it because it's tucked under clothing. It's probably his only precious possession besides the googles from Talim right now. And was also a gift from someone before he enrolled.
there is actually a split in the capri's from the back of the knees to the hem of the pants in the back. It's not visible at this angle though.
Sefem was wary of open toe boots, but the tailor said boots are a must for this outfit, so he eventually caved and put them on anyway.
The vest is probably the most uncomfortable thing for Sefem in this outfit. Not very fond of it.
